A leper hears of the miracles of Jesus and comes to him for healing. Jesus is moved with compassion for the man and heals him. The healed leper publishes his encounter with Jesus.

Often, spiritual maturity is reduced to how much Scripture a believer knows. While that is an aspect of spiritual maturity, it is not the full extent of it. In 1 Peter 3:8, the Lord paints a clear portrait of maturity.
